- 1 / 5By Lorraine ArmstrongAbsolutely disgusted. Our last review could not praise them enough but last night was ridiculous. Waitress had black fingernails. Toilet in ladies and mens were blocked. Staff were stressed out. Glasses for our drinks were still hot from dishwasher. Drinks were not available. A large party of gypsy/ travellers were in and running around all night both the kids and adults. No cream yet again for the coffee. Waitress never brought sweet menu. 2.5 hours to have 2 courses. Long wait for bill and then 20 minute wait to pay. Lobster really overcooked and struggled to cut it. Voucher we received via email was misleading and Christine our waitress said that loads of people had complained about it as it says free extra steak so don't be fooled it's not steak.March 11, 2017
